The caravan has a large grassed area outside and space for children to play safely. There is a full wrap around decking to our caravan with table and chairs and a picnic bench situated on the patio. It is just a few minutes walk to the children's park, a 5 minute walk to a 9 hole golf course and a 10 minute walk to Hopton's beach, showbar, restaurant, swimming pools, mini golf, Go Karts, bouncy castle, archery, football area, tennis courts and children's play areas. This is a modern, luxury caravan and Platinum graded. It has 3 bedrooms with an en-suite (toilet and basin) to double bedroom and an extra bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The lounge area has fitted sofas, 42" television. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fitted with plenty of cupboards and fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans etc. An ironing board, iron and hoover are also provided. New duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases. These can be hired from reception for a small charge or I can arrange for beds to be made up for a small charge, We also have a high chair, travel cot and bed guard available at no extra cost. Please also take your own towels and tea towels. **Please note** The cost of the holiday does not include entertainment passes. They are purchased from owners reception on arrival. Breaks are based on 3, 4, 7.10 and 14 nights but also longer if required. Mon to Fri, Fri to Mon or Fri to Fri (Saturday to Saturday may be possible depending on existing bookings).
